The ASTOL factory was founded in 1989. We produce windows made of PCV, wood and aluminium. The windows of PCV we make are based on the highest quality profiles of the system Deceuninck, imported from Belgium. These profiles are characterized by unusual whiteness. That system let us to create various and complicated window constructions for example winter gardens. Casings of our windows are strengthened with wider sides and armed with steel reinforcement having solid, closed construction. It guarantees stiffness and stability of a whole window and increaes durability of the fixed fittings. The quality of the profiles lets us to give You a 10 year's warranty. We paint PCV windows full RAL palette.


The wooden windows are produced using DJ-68 system.

These windows are oneframe with a double tightening system. The wooden scantling (that we use to produce profile of the leaf, frame and the post) is glued using three layers. The system of rings in oudside layers is opposing. The middle layer is made of short elements joined along. It couses the forces that have an effect in the scantling cancel each other out and the sill is resistant to warping. Aluminium, these are high quality systems that offer complicated constructions, facades among other things. In our proposal there is an aluminium joinery with thermal division as well as without a thermal division. We bear a full responsibility for the quality of our products and we give You all essential warranties and certificates.

We apply thermo-insulating panes having coefficient of heat penetrating equal to k=1,1 (W/m²K) with so-called warm distance frame that is increasing thermal insulation of the window (saves energy up to 10%) and prevents condensing of the steam on the eages of the panes. That is our standard. At our customer 's request there is a possibility to mount: safe panes, antiburgling, sound-absorbing and many others. We use fittings made by WINKHAUS to our products, fitting our windows with micrountightenings mechanism as well as antiforce protection in standard. Further we offer:
